ABSTRACT

In this paper we consider a dynamic quota sharing scheme to support different classes of data traffic in wireless networks. The novelty of this scheme enables the lower-priority classes of traffic to use what has not been used by the higher-priority classes. We have performed per-queue stability analysis for this scheme. Based on the stability results, threshold values can be appropriately determined to fulfill certain throughput requirements.
