ABSTRACT

Recent advances in LSI, VLSI and memory technology have led to a reduction in hardware cost and an increase in mass storage capacity such that an associative array memory can be produced and supported. Toward this end, in this paper such an associative array computer called RELational Associative Computer System (RELACS) is proposed.
