ABSTRACT

This poster-session paper addresses interface issues which arise when the user has traumatic brain injury (TBI). The case study documents the failure of a commercial product's interface, and redesign of the interface to overcome failures. Quantitative data are presented on performance of both interfaces. Implications for user models and for interface management systems are discussed.
