ABSTRACT

The Technology Liaison Program at Furman University involves collaboration between members of Computing & Information Services (C&IS), and a designated member from each faculty and administrative staff department with the common purpose of improving communication toward the provision and support of technology. Evolving as a potential answer to the need for more effective communication and improved understanding between the User Services division of Computing & Information Services and its user community, the Technology Liaison Program incorporates personal, procedural and technical resources toward the objective of aligning the expectations of the users with the priorities of the technical support team.
