ABSTRACT
Two panels explore examples of fruitful collaboration between, and across, higher education organizations. Panel 1: Panel members discuss how Lehigh's instructional technologists use an effective, team-based approach to evaluate new technologies and their potential as academic applications. Panel 2: Members of The Boston Consortium's IT Training Group discuss how trustful relationships enabled innovative collaboration between schools, resulting in improved IT learning services at the local level.
