ABSTRACT

The ACM International workshop on Interactive Multimedia for Consumer Electronics (IMCE) aims to bring together researchers from both academia and industry in domains including computer vision, machine learning, audio and speech processing, communications, artificial intelligence and media technology to share and discuss recent advances in interactive user interfaces and multimedia applications. Multimedia interaction is becoming a technology applied in many consumer electronics devices and can make user interfaces more intuitive and controllable. Multiple modalities including audio, video and haptics can be utilized and fused for media interaction.
