What is a DOI?

ABSTRACT

This demonstration will show the versatility of an agile cognitive radio platform in a non-cooperative communication scenario. The techniques proposed for an Aggressive Cognitive Radio (ACR) including parking on unused spectrum, monitoring users to predict when they will vacate spectrum and intentional jamming of users to force them off spectrum.
