IDEAS the pre-teen years

ABSTRACT

This paper provides a summary of the pre-teen years of IDEAS from 1997 through 2008. Many people have been involved in organizing the annual meeting. Theses include the program chairs, members of the program committee, local organizing committee, support staffs ate the institutes that have hosted the meetings over the years and last but not least the thousands of authors who submitted their work to IDEAS. I would like to thank all these colleagues.
