ABSTRACT

This paper describes several projects which are used to support multiple assignments in CS 1 and CS 2. Each project has evolved into its present configuration over several years. This paper focuses specifically on various types of scaffolding used to increase the effectiveness of such projects, and identifies some lessons learned and best practices for faculty seeking to adapt or create such projects for their own environments.
