What is a DOI?

ABSTRACT

This talk will make the circular argument that theory should be motivated by practical experience, and practical testbeds/evaluations should be motivated by theoretical results. I will base the talk partly on our experience in both areas (theory & testbed) in the context of multi-channel wireless networks.
