 ABSTRACT
Reviewers are an essential - and voluntary - cornerstone of ACM TOSEM, as for every peer-reviewed publication. Sitting in the EIC seat has provided me, not surprisingly, with a firsthand look at many reviewers, many reviews, and many reactions to reviews by authors and associate editors alike.
