ABSTRACT

This report describes the discussions and outcomes of a workshop on education held on August 27, 1990, at the INTERACT' 90 Conference in Cambridge, England. The workshop and its outcomes are significant because of the nature of the attendees. Participants had developed or were developing a curriculum in HCI for each of their countries. Thus, the workshop brought together experts on HCI curriculum to explore the differences that each of their cultures and university systems would place upon the interpretation and presentation of HCI.
