ABSTRACT
We propose a model of primary and secondary context to help analyse the user in context with mobile devices. We clarify the model and discuss how it can be used to define context and to understand what user needs arise in different situations. While we have used the model to analyse mobile video communication, the approach is general enough to be applied to other areas of communication as well. REFERENCES
