APL technology of computer simulation

ABSTRACT

The advantages and disadvantages of APL language usage for computer simulation are considered. The language has been actively used in the Computing Center for the last ten years for simulation of socio-economic systems. The original software package was developed with the aid of APL★PLUS/PC. This package makes simulation research easy and helps to get the results in graphical form.
