ABSTRACT

This report is devoted to the possiblity of using APL*PLUS/PC in the creation of a prototype of an Expert System (ES), which in its turn, is supposed to be a help in effecting forecasting and in the determination of the state of the development of different fields of science, engineering, and technology on the basis of the analysis of the Documental Information Stream (DIS).
