ABSTRACT

The notion of services-oriented technologies and management has gained a lot of attention among many enterprises in the past few years, promising a way to effectively enable agility for companies to deliver new, more flexible business processes that harness the value of a services approach. But one of today's most pervasive and bedeviling challenges deals with how and when to start this journey. This panel allows the researchers and practitioners to sit together to exchange their opinions in how to establish a research agenda.
