ABSTRACT

There are computer-aided software engineering (CASE) tools that provide basic collaborative capabilities. However, CASE tools' collaborative abilities are typically very basic and are not enough for true collaborative work. This paper presents a groupware tool under development at Auburn University whose purpose is to aid in the engineering design process by allowing users to collaborate on the actual design and generate appropriate documents.
