ABSTRACT

The connection between law and new advanced technologies comes from discussions originated in the different regions and nations of the world and also to create new legal models suitable with the new technology such as electronic platform for public or private services or electronic courts proceedings. Said reliances are relevant in electronic commerce, whose development depends in a decisive way upon the trust of users, which is a factor of the success of innovative technologies, such as software agents and new business methods, such as marketplaces.
